The OM Assessment Adapter offers the automated transfer of output data from Harrison Online Assessments into the mySAP HCM qualifications profile. This profile can in turn be used for:
Workplace analysis / grading of job tasks (for example, in connection with ERA)
Profile analysis / agreements on work objectives
Team development
Providing a basis for planning and managing training
After the update of analysis and the transfer of output data from HA, the data is available for further processing in SAP.
Procedure
We complement your mySAP qualification catalogue with any Softskills add-ons that you wish to integrate from the Harrison system. For this purpose we set-up the required scales and if necessary link them with your training sessions.
Conception and installation of a workflow to invite co-workers and applicants to participate in an assessment event.
Automatic transfer of the results as a numeric data record as well as in document format. Personnel master data will also be added.
