Enduring added value with process architecture
For Westernacher Business Process Management (BPM) is neither a hype nor a temporary fashion. Processes are the basis for the production of goods and services as well as for administrative functions such as human resources management.

Westernacher’s process pyramid is start and finish of our process management approach. In the analysis it serves to structure your strategy, your business models and the resulting processes. In the synthesis it is our underlying model for your future company-specific process architecure.
Structuring of our basic procedure model:
In the analysis phase we work with your business model. We check and evaluate your business unit’s processes. Are the processes following your company strategy and the derived strategies? We will develop a first draft of your future process architecture.
In the design phase we build the processes from the business model to the operational activities in the processes’ realisation. We identify relations between processes and present them. We document the processes. The essential result is your process architecture including the necessary governance.
In the course of the introduction we implement your processes. We make sure that the project responsibilities are well defined and published. Process governance will be installed. Change process control will be carried out.
Within the frame of operations we will provide you with tools to monitor the process performance and the process activity. The process performance/s can be accounted for.
The goals of our business process management are:
- To map your business model in a process architecture.
- To systematically align your processes to added value with regard to efficiency, effectiveness and quality.
- To supply your processes with the required responsibility and to secure governance.
- To make your processes measurable and hence be able to give an account of the process performance.
