In the public sector Westernacher carries out support and maintenance work for homegrown of third-party applications.

The range of services includes:

  • Design and set-up of a support team
  • Installation of the technical help desk infrastructure
  • Call Center operations regarding the application (1st level)
  • Support for system problems (2nd und 3rd level)
  • Automated dissemination of end-user information (FAQ, Newsfeeds, Mailing)
  • User Training

The scope of services will be defined by you corresponding to your individual requirements. Regarding the definition of service level agreements we can flexibly comply with your wishes. Our task-related fixed prices give you security and stability when planning your costs.

In the EGVP field, for example, Westernacher took over the support nationwide of 32.500 citizen mailboxes with more than 130.000 incoming and outgoing messages per month.
