The second pillar resource scheduling is to be understood as maximize productivity while maintaining customer service levels. During the step of resource scheduling the generation process of a solution is completed. The pillar is in the transmission from the first step generation to the second step of transmission of a solution for utilities. The third pillow Service Parts Planning is to be understood as efficiently management of required products while minimizing inventory and costs.  During the step of service parts planning the transmission process of the solution is completed. The pillar is in the transmission from the second step of the process, the transmission of a solution for utilities to the third step distribution of a solution for utilities. The fourth pillow Customer Management is to be understood as improve customer satisfaction and deliver required service levels. During that step the third of four parts of the solution-finding for utilities which is distribution is completed and the fourth and last step, the retail of the solution starts.
