Java uses the GUI library called Swing to build business applications for the web.
The developer framework JEasy uses this Swing library to build up graphical user interfaces. JEasy offers functional and optical enhancements of the Swing components to design applications in web-style, however with the performance of a desktop application.
A key benefit of the JEasy framework is to separate the functionality from the design. Inside the JEasy Repository you build up the GUI with all its components and store it as an xml structure. The JEasy RunTime Library will create the GUI out of the xml structure at the startup of the application. Only the event handling has to be considered in the source code to perfom actions like save and load of data.
