We foster an interchange of technical know-how and industry expertise to promote cross-fertilization between technology and business functionality and to drive innovation. We do this by ensuring that, along with core competency in individual areas of expertise, each of our consultants has experience in a range of functional and technological areas across industries.
Westernacher is organized as a partnership and completely owned by active employees who are stakeholders.

Company History
The company was founded in 1969 by Dr.-Ing. Arndt Westernacher and carries his name to this day. Until 1995 Westernacher primarily designed and implemented complex IT systems for large and mid-sized enterprises. Since 1995 the company’s focus has been on:
- Strategy and Management Consulting and
- Business Process Consulting
In addition, Westernacher’s international activities have been expanded. The company now has strong global presence with affiliates in Europe, North America and Asia, and counts renowned international companies amongst its clients.
