Faster, more efficient, more secure: Central registers make work substantially easier for legal advisors and courts alike. Register contain the knowledge of the judical authorities about natural and legal persons and thus they have a high material and immaterial value.

With the establishment of the Central Procuration Register Westernacher has achieved successful pioneer work. About 150.000 registrations are made every year, about 440 search requests are delivered daily.

In joint work with the European Academy of Law (EEAR) Westernacher introduced the Central Register of Protective Bills which will used by lawyers and courts.

In a growing-together Europe the exchange of information will reach a completely new quality. Via a cross-border information system information of all relevant registers of all EU-members will be made available.
