Components of Extended HR Reporting …

• can be used, parameterized and controlled by the personnel department without additional IT expenditure
• make possible the flexible compilation of released information from a defined quantity of data fields, and the transfer of defined information
• combine the expert perspective on the data of personnel administration and organization management
• offer, through the use of SAP’s “Allgemeine List Viewers” (ALVs) all current options for further processing, transfer and reuse of interactively produced display variations
• can, as an option, be protected through an additional authorization control
• are able, when combined with an optional connection to the HR Generic IDoc Generator, to provide a basis for generalized and flexible exit gateways or the preparation of data for Web Services

The Extended HR Reporting programs connect personnel administration and personnel accounting with the structures of Organization Management.

Available are:

• Extended HR Infotype Reporting = flexible deadline analysis of employee core data
• Extended Base Pay Reporting = flexible period analysis of payments-relevant core data
• Extended HR Payroll Result Reporting = flexible period analysis of international personnel accounting data

All Extended Reporting programs have the following characteristics in common:

• Flexible data selection from the Infotypes of personnel administration

• Displays the organizational hierarchy over 10 levels (expandable)
• Field grouping “extras” with specially prepared data fields such as:

Non-recurring assembled data is stored in data sets. They can at any time be accessed for various analyses, and complement the known reporting and ALV list variations
